These terms cover this website. They are short because the site is short. By using it or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
There is no service yet
DriveBudget is still being built. This website is a preview and a waitlist. There is no app to download, no account to create and no service running, and joining the waitlist does not create any of those.
What the waitlist is
Giving us your email address asks us to let you know when DriveBudget launches. That is the whole of it. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a pre-order or a subscription, and it does not guarantee you access, a particular price, or a particular launch date.
You can leave whenever you like by emailing support@drivebudget.app. What happens to your address is set out in our privacy policy.
Nothing is for sale here
No payment is taken through this site and no subscription exists. Any price, plan or feature mentioned anywhere on this site describes work in progress, and it may change or be dropped before launch.
About the screenshots
The app screens shown on this site are design mockups. The vehicle, amounts, categories, projections and scores in them are illustrative examples. They are not real user data, and they are not a prediction of what your own car will cost.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- submit an email address that is not yours
- submit addresses in bulk, automate the form, or otherwise try to flood it
- attempt to disrupt or probe the site, or gain access you were not given
We may block access or remove entries if any of that happens.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will always be reachable or entirely free of errors, and we may change it or take it down at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
Our name and design
The DriveBudget name, logo, design and the content of this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking first.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. The version on this page is always the current one, with the date shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply and are not affected by this.
